What we collect

To generate a reading we collect the birth details you enter (date, optional time, optional gender) and, if you continue, your email address. We store minimal technical logs for security.

How we use it

Your birth data is used solely to compute and deliver your reading, and your email to deliver it and — if you opt in — occasional product updates. We do not sell personal data. We do not process data about religious beliefs or health.

Cookies

We use essential browser storage only (to keep your session). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Retention & deletion

Readings and birth data are retained up to 24 months, or until you request deletion. Email support@bookbazi.com to access, correct, export, or delete your data (GDPR/CCPA-style rights honored for all users).

Security & processors

Data is stored on access-controlled servers. Payments are processed by our payment provider (card details never touch our servers). Processors are bound by contract to process data only for the Service.

International transfer

The Service is operated globally; your data may be processed in countries other than your own, under safeguards consistent with this policy.
