14-day money-back guarantee & cooling-off period

If your first purchase doesn't resonate, email support@bookbazi.com within 14 days and we'll refund it in full — no questions, no hard feelings. This 14-day cooling-off period applies to all first purchases and exceeds the minimum required by UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2027-01.

Subscriptions

Membership renews monthly at the price shown at checkout. Cancel anytime — one click in your account page, or an email to us. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately; the current month remains usable until it ends. If you were charged after intending to cancel, tell us — we'll make it right. Consent records are kept for at least 3 years as required by California law.

How refunds work

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
